  • When purchasing: email address, name (if provided) and payment data, collected and processed directly by Stripe. Chipie Studio never sees or stores your banking data.
  • When contacting us by email: your address and the content of your message.
  • Browsing: the Site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The host (Vercel) generates anonymized technical logs required to operate the service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract performance: order processing, product delivery, sending included updates.
  • Legal obligation: retention of accounting records.
  • Legitimate interest: answering support requests and fraud prevention.

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. No marketing emails are sent without your explicit consent.

4. Retention periods

  • Order data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations under French law).
  • Support exchanges: 3 years after the last contact.
