Answers to the questions asked before buying, gathered here so you don't have to search pack by pack.
General
Can I withdraw or get a refund after purchase?
No: the packs are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By ticking the consent box before buying, you request immediate performance and expressly waive your right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Before ordering, try the free samples and read the product pages in detail; if in doubt, email contact@chipiestudio.com.
Is payment secure?
Yes, payments are processed by Stripe. Chipie Studio does not store any banking data.
How is each pack delivered?
After purchase, an email with a signed download link (valid 7 days) is sent automatically. Every deliverable includes a readable/printable HTML version for human use, plus the raw .md/.json files as a bonus for import into Claude, Notion or n8n.
Are the products really bilingual?
Yes, every skill, prompt and workflow is natively written in both French and English (no machine translation).
Are updates paid?
No, updates to any pack you bought are included and emailed to you. The bundle additionally includes lifetime updates and future major content additions.
Claude Skills Stack
Which Claude plans is it compatible with?
The skills work with Claude Pro, Max and Team (Skills / Projects feature) as well as Claude Code. The installation guide covers each case with screenshots.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Installation means importing files into Claude by following the guide — about 10 minutes for the whole pack, without a single line of code.
Can I customize the skills?
Yes, every skill ships as readable, commented Markdown. You can adapt the tone, examples and business rules to your activity in minutes.
What happens when Claude evolves?
The skills are maintained and updated when the models or the Skills feature change. Every update is emailed to you at no extra cost.
Prompt System Solopreneur
How is this different from the free prompts found everywhere?
Organization and quality. Every prompt is written for a specific solopreneur use case, tested, and placed inside a workflow with a logical order. You stop searching and start executing.
Which AI tool does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral… The prompts are written in structured natural language, with no dependency on a specific model.
In which formats are the files delivered?
Markdown (one file per workflow, readable anywhere), CSV (a full base importable into Notion, Airtable or Google Sheets) and readable/printable HTML, in FR and EN. The skills ship as ready-to-install SKILL.md files.
What exactly is a "Claude skill"?
A folder containing a SKILL.md file that you copy into your Claude skills directory. Once installed, Claude triggers it on its own when your request matches its trigger: it applies the skill's method, picks the right prompt out of the 152 and tells you the next step. The pack contains 8 in French and 8 in English, plus a step-by-step installation guide.
Do I need a paid Claude plan for the skills?
Skills require a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) with the skills capability enabled. The 152 prompts work in any AI, including free ones: the pack remains fully usable without a single skill.
Are the prompts updated?
Yes, the system is revised as models evolve. Updates are included and delivered by email — the 8 skills were added to the pack exactly this way, with no price change.
n8n Automation Pack
Which n8n version do I need?
Any recent n8n instance (Cloud or self-hosted, v1.x and later). The free self-hosted version is enough for all the workflows.
Do I need to code?
No. You import the JSON, connect your accounts (Gmail, Notion, CRM…) following the documentation, and activate the workflow. The few code nodes are already written and commented.
Which third-party services are required?
Each workflow lists its exact prerequisites. Most use common services with a free tier (Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack…). Alternatives are suggested where possible.
What if a workflow doesn't work for me?
The documentation includes a troubleshooting section per workflow. If you get stuck, email contact@chipiestudio.com: we'll help you get it running (reply within 24 business hours).

What exactly is included?

Yes. Email contact@chipiestudio.com with your Stripe receipt: we'll send you an upgrade link that deducts what you already paid.
