What exactly do I receive?
One single document — the financial tracking workbook — as XLSX, together with its MD user notes, inside a ZIP that also contains a printable index.html, the README and the licence. This is not the full kit: Programme 147 application file, Contrat de Ville activity report, ANCT call response, steering minutes and indicator dashboard are sold separately or bundled in the Kit Subventions QPV — Programme 147 at €59.
How do the deadline alerts work?
You enter your notified agreements and the payments received; the summary sheet automatically computes the remaining amounts and flags upcoming justification deadlines, based on the dates you filled in. Alert reliability therefore depends on how up to date your entries are.
Does the workbook connect to a funder portal?
No. It is an internal tracking tool that runs in Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Sheets, with no account and no subscription. It submits nothing on your behalf and guarantees neither payment nor renewal of a grant.
Can I withdraw after purchase?
