F2 Construction Site Tracker is a complete web application built with React 18 + Vite + Tailwind CSS. It runs entirely in the browser: your site data stays with you (localStorage + JSON backup) and hosting is free (Vercel or Cloudflare Pages, guide included). Seven modules: dashboard (overall progress weighted by work package, budget used, tonnage removed including hazardous, automatic alerts — overruns, delays, expired certificates, hazardous waste without a BSD number), work packages & tasks (committed/used, progress %, milestones with computed delays), a waste register following the French order of 31 May 2021 (art. R. 541-43 of the Environmental Code) — chapter 17 waste code dropdown (23 codes), hazardous status deduced automatically from the asterisk, POP checkbox (EU regulation 2019/1021), SIRET and address for both carrier and receiving facility, R/D treatment code (13 codes) and final treatment qualification, Trackdéchets BSD number with a “missing BSD” alert, 18-column register CSV export —, subcontractors (ten-year insurance and URSSAF vigilance certificates with 30-day expiry alerts), timestamped site diary (weather, headcount), budget (committed vs. used, overruns) and settings. Said honestly: the register traces your BSD numbers, it does not replace Trackdéchets — mandatory for all hazardous-waste producers from 1 September 2026; the tool gives you the chronological register to keep for 3 years. The included “AMO Gignac” demo is consistent end to end: a fictional €850,000 project, 8 work packages, 15 register entries (375.8 t including 9.6 t hazardous), 5 subcontractors. Frequently asked questions

Does the register replace Trackdéchets?

No: hazardous-waste BSDs are issued on Trackdéchets (mandatory for all hazardous-waste producers from 1 September 2026). The tool keeps your chronological register in the format of the French order of 31/05/2021 (3-year retention) and traces BSD numbers — it does not replace them.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not to use it: npm install + npm run dev, deployment guide included. Deep customization requires code — or give the ZIP to your AI with your bill of quantities and subcontractors: the README's PERSONALIZATION block guides it to adapt the template.

Is my site data online?

No. The app runs entirely in your browser: data stays in localStorage, with JSON export/import for backup. No server, no account, no subscription — one-time payment and free hosting. The commercial license covers your projects and your clients' projects.

Can I withdraw after purchase?
