Free or paid Qualiopi kit: what the offers really contain

The short answer. Free templates are enough if you have already written your quality manual and only need one missing form. A kit costing a few dozen euros makes sense when you must produce, in one go, the documents that carry most of the 32 indicators. Packs at €299 or €399 are for those who want 150 to 170 documents covering every case, or a version already filled in with their name. Nobody buys certification: in every case you remain the one who describes their real organisation.

What the word "kit" covers

The French National Quality Framework has 7 criteria and 32 indicators. An audit does not check that you own documents: it checks that you produce evidence. A kit therefore serves three purposes and no others:

• Sparing you the blank page on structuring documents, first of all the quality manual and the training programme.
• Telling you, indicator by indicator, which evidence the auditor expects.
• Giving you a register to record what you already do, so you do not rebuild it the night before the audit.

The comparison

• Free templates (Kaliio publishes free templates and a free document kit; other bodies circulate single forms). What is missing: consistency between documents and the mapping to indicators. When it is enough: your quality system already exists and you need one form.
• Chipie Studio Qualiopi Pack, €59. Six documents: quality manual, compliant training programme, welcome booklet and internal rules, training and financial report, Excel traceability register, checklist of the 32 indicators. The manual carries a correspondence table linking each indicator to the section and the document holding the evidence. When it is useless: if you are already certified and equipped, only the checklist will help, and it is free.
• NDA file pack, €149 at Qualiodocs: what is needed to register the training activity. When it is useful: you have no activity declaration number yet.
• Complete document kit, €299 at Qualiodocs, advertised at 170 documents, updated for the 2026 framework. When it is useful: several trainers, several categories of action.
• Personalised kit, €399 from the same publisher: documents delivered already filled in with the body's name.
• Certiforma kit, from €329 excl. tax, advertised at over 150 documents, with versions by category including apprenticeship training centres.

Where the real differences lie

• Number of documents: from 1 to 170. A high count is not an advantage in itself. An auditor does not read 170 documents; they ask for about ten and check that they describe the same organisation.
• Mapping to indicators: the real criterion. A kit without a correspondence table leaves you the longest task.
• A usable register: trainee hours, attendance, hot and cold evaluations.
• Updates: the reading guide is revised periodically. Ask who sends the new version, and whether it is included.
• Personalisation: paying €100 more to avoid filling in fields is debatable. Filling them in yourself forces a read-through, and that read-through is exactly what the auditor tests.

What no kit does for you

• Your result indicators (indicator 3): satisfaction and success rates come from your sessions, not from a template.
• Your three watches (indicators 23 to 25): a watch is proven by a dated trace and by what you changed thanks to it.
• Your improvement plan (indicator 32): every gap needs an action, an owner and a date.
• Choosing the certifier and scheduling the audit, handled directly with a Cofrac-accredited body.

How to decide in ten minutes

Download a checklist of the 32 indicators, ours is free, and fill it in honestly. Count the empty cells. Fewer than five: buy only the missing documents individually. Between five and fifteen: a kit costing a few dozen euros saves two to three days. More than twenty, with several trainers or categories: a broad document pack or guided support is justified.
